Michelle was born in Tagum City, Davao Del Norte, Philippines. She has 10 years of experience as a nanny, caregiver, and housekeeper. She spent her first few years in Canada living with a family on a farm in Beechy, Saskatchewan, where she took care of the household and three children. In 2018, after four years in Saskatchewan, Michelle moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, to work for a couple, taking care of their young child. In addition to her childcare duties, she also handled cooking, house chores, and some gardening during the summer months. Today, Michelle is fully devoted to managing KM Care Services and ensuring the best experience for all of its clients.

Karl was born in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England, and moved to Winnipeg in 2013. He worked for a law firm as a services officer, where his duties included the handling, storage, and eventual destruction of legal files, maintaining health and safety in the office, which included a fully committed role as chief fire warden, organizing office moves for lawyers and staff, purchasing furniture as needed for the office, and providing cover and support in the mail room. After six and a half years working at the law firm, Karl decided to go to college to study business administration to help Michelle build and run KM Care Services. While studying, Karl laid the foundations of the company, ready for its launch on November 8th, 2020.

As they see their vision come together, Michelle and Karl will ensure that their experiences, work ethic, and high standards go into KM Care Services and the services they provide.
